Our team provides one-on-one and group sessions on topics like nutrition, parenting, chronic disease prevention, stress management, and self-advocacy.

A quiet, dedicated space for prayer, meditation, and emotional wellness. This room supports spiritual and mental healing in a safe environment.
🧸 Emergency Essentials Closet
We maintain a stocked closet with free baby formula, diapers, wipes, hygiene kits, and clothing—available to families in need.
